Here at Dobbs Marsh Services, with our team of experienced consultants, we are able to cover a variety of conflict resolution services:

Mediation - we work quickly and discreetly to ensure a successful outcome for all parties involved.  We can work with you to put together an action plan, which can include team building, arranging mediated meetings at neutral locations, or on-site visits to work alongside your team and see what changes cane be made in the workplace.

Conflict resolution training - This could range from team-building away days, to on-site training days, or bitesize sessions for specific conflict resolution skills. We have a number of training packages off the shelf or we can discuss your individual needs.

Bespoke training and mentoring - Alongside our training offer, here at DMS we can tailor our courses to your specific needs, or even offer more long support in the form of ongoing mentoring to managers in your organisation.
